The thoughtfully crafted “Spruce” (Omorika) radiates warmth, vitality, and a pleasant (natural) appearance. Due to the excellent configuration and architecture of the gallery, this model is suitable for four individuals, to come, work, and stay the night. It is suitable for families with children.
Tiny homes are made of wood protected from fungi, insects and other pests. The wall configuration consists of several wooden frames measuring 5cmx10cm, lined on both sides with OSB board, waterproof film and vapour barrier, and filled with 10cm thick mineral wool. The floor and roof are also wooden structures filled with 15cm of mineral and stone wool, lined with foils and sheet metal lining. The tiny home is environmentally and energy efficient and therefore suitable for living.
No foundation is needed for placing the tiny home. The tiny home is portable and placed on supports that are an integral part of its substructure. As a result, it is classified as a temporary prefabricated facility rather than a building, which makes placement easier in the event that a permit is needed at the location.
